Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 250 ml water
- 200 ml milk
- 600 g leaf spinach (frozen)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix together the flour, eggs, water, and milk and let stand for about 30 minutes. Then, cook about 3-4 large pancakes in a hot pan. For the filling, thaw the spinach leaves. Peel and finely chop the garlic, and fry in a hot pan. Now add the spinach and let it wilt. Add the cream and season to taste. Dice the feta cheese and stir in until it melts slightly. Top each pancake with some of the filling and roll or fold it up. Serve immediately.
