Pancakes with wild berry sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cream cheese (40%)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 120 g flour
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Butter, for baking
  • 250 g blueberries, frozen
  • 125 g jelly (wild berry jelly)
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, combine the cream cheese, eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Then add the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and mix until smooth. Cook the pancakes in batches in a non-stick pan with hot butter. For the sauce: Thaw the blueberries. Heat the wild berry jelly and honey in a saucepan, add the blueberries, and heat again. Then remove from the heat and let cool. Serve as a sauce with the pancakes. Enjoy.
