Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 200 g quark
  • 1 bag(s) of vanilla pudding powder
  • possibly cinnamon powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk all ingredients until evenly combined. Add a pinch of cinnamon, if desired. Fry the batter in a pan with a little oil over medium heat for 3 minutes per side. Add 1 teaspoon of oil per ladleful of batter. After removing, spread or roll up as desired. Caution: The pancakes break or fall apart easily when flipping or removing.
