  • some oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Very tasty, high protein

For the batter, mash the bananas on a plate with a fork. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. Add the skyr and bananas to the bowl and mix everything together. Finally, add the protein powder to the bowl and stir in. Add a little oil to a pan. Drop a large dollop into the pan with a tablespoon. Be careful not to make the pancakes too big, otherwise they will easily break when turned. Fry on low heat (2-3 times) until golden brown on each side. Tips: To save calories, you can use foil or cooking spray instead of oil. The following low-calorie toppings/side dishes go well with the pancakes: Sprinkle with cinnamon and xylitol or Xucker. Fresh fruit or unsweetened canned fruit cocktail. Skyr mousse (fresh raspberries pureed with skyr). Calories and nutrients per serving: (Without cooking oil and side dishes) Calories: 460 kcal.
