Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 55 g cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
- some cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
without flour and sugar
Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a hand mixer. Heat a pan and cook the pancakes on both sides, using a little butter if desired. This recipe yields about 5-6 small pancakes. Tip: It’s best to make lots of small pancakes, as they’re easier to flip. Serve with sugar-free chocolate sauce.
