very tasty, also vegetarian possible

Cut the roll in half and place the outer edges on a toaster and toast briefly (on the roll rack). Wash the lettuce leaves and dry them thoroughly. Prepare a small pan with a little butter. Spread a little mayonnaise on the underside of the roll and place a lettuce leaf on top. Now place the ham on top, as well as the cheese; it tastes best when thinly sliced. Place the fried onions on top of the cheese. Spread some BBQ sauce on the top of the roll. Now fry the quail eggs or a chicken egg until fried, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper if desired, but this isn’t really necessary. Place the eggs on the fried onions, cover with a lettuce leaf, and place the top on top. The roll can also be made vegetarian, either with vegetarian “sausage” or without, but with more cheese. It all tastes delicious.
