Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g cream
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 2 sheets of white gelatin
  • 200 g vanilla sauce
  • n. B. seasonal fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes

Place the cream and sugar in a saucepan and heat gently. Split open the vanilla pod, scrape out the seeds, and add them to the cream. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Soak the gelatine in cold water. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool slightly. Remove the vanilla pod, add the gelatine to the cream, and stir to dissolve. Divide the mixture between small, cold-rinsed molds. Chill in the refrigerator for about 5 hours to set. Before serving, spoon the vanilla sauce onto the plate. Turn the cream out onto the plate and garnish with fresh fruit.
