Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 liter of cream
- 80 g sugar
- 15 g gelatin
- 12 g vanilla flavor
- 3 g vanilla, ground or 2 vanilla pods

Italian specialty
Soften the gelatin and dissolve carefully. Gently warm the cream, sugar, vanilla essence, and vanilla (30°C). Fold in the dissolved gelatin. Pour the liquid into round aluminum molds or round coffee cups, for example. Refrigerate until the panna cotta is firm. Warm briefly in a warm water bath. Turn out onto dessert plates and garnish. Serve with strawberry sauce, passion fruit sauce, or lime sauce, for example. Almost any fruit sauce goes well with it. Garnish suggestion: raspberry sauce on the outside, lime sauce on the inside.
