Papa Klaus' slightly different iceberg lettuce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small can/mandarin orange(s)
  • 2 packs of shrimp(s) (Arctic sea crabs in brine)
  • 1 pack of cheese (Emmental), grated
  • oil
  • Vinegar
  • some sugar
  • Salt
  • dill
  • chives
  • lovage

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the lettuce and cut it into a bowl. Drain the mandarins and crabs well and add them. Then top with the grated Emmental cheese. Mix the oil, vinegar, and the other ingredients and pour over the salad.
