Papaya Lassi

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 lime(s) or lemon
  • 1 papaya
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 300 g yogurt
  • 100 ml water, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Indian yogurt – soft drink

Halve the lime or lemon and juice it. If desired, cut one half into wedges for garnish and only juice half the lime/lemon. Halve the papaya and remove the seeds. Scoop the flesh out of the skin and drizzle with the lime/lemon juice. Puree the papaya and sugar with a hand blender. Stir the cold water into the papaya puree. Add the yogurt and mix well. Stir in the cinnamon and immediately pour the puree into glasses. Garnish with a lime/lemon slice, if desired. Enjoy chilled.
