- 4 egg whites
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 125 g sugar

Beat the egg whites and powdered sugar with a hand mixer until fluffy. Slowly add the sugar, whisking continuously. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe the desired shape onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C for approximately 1-2 hours. Tip: If you prefer the meringues to be a little runnier inside, add an hour; they’ll be completely dry after 2 hours.
