Paprika and minced meat pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • some olive oil
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 spring onions, in rings
  • 2 bell peppers, red, finely diced
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Brown the minced meat in a little olive oil until crumbly, then add the spring onions and diced bell peppers. Sauté everything thoroughly over medium heat. Now add the tomato slices, heat briefly, and season with salt and pepper. We eat this minced meat dish on its own, but it also goes well with pasta or rice.
