Paprika and minced meat soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 2 stock cubes
  • ½ liter of water
  • 2 jars of Hungarian-style paprika sauce
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 can/n mushrooms
  • 1 cup of cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Chop the onions into small cubes and sauté lightly in a large pot. Add the minced meat and fry. Meanwhile, dissolve the two stock cubes in the half liter of water, then add this to the fried minced meat and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the drained mushrooms and simmer for another 10 minutes. Next, add the paprika sauce and diced bell peppers, mix everything well, and simmer for another 20 minutes. Finally, add the cup of cream.
