Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small red bell pepper(s)
- 1 small bell pepper(s), yellow
- 1 spring onion(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, instant
- some rosemary
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 2 slices of wholemeal bread

Dice the onions, finely chop the garlic, and sauté them together. Dice the bell peppers and slice the leek/spring onion into rings. Add both to the onions and fry lightly. Cut the salmon into strips and add to the vegetables. Stir in the crème fraîche and a little vegetable stock. Season everything with rosemary and pepper. Toast two slices of whole-wheat bread and place the pepper-salmon pan on top.
