Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g tomatoes (pizza tomatoes), unseasoned, e.g., Rewe BIO
- 300 g minced beef
- 1 pepper, yellow
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Paprika powder, smoked
- e.g. rosemary
- e.g. oregano
- e.g. basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel, deseed, and dice the peppers. Brown the ground beef, add the diced peppers, and cook until cooked through. Pour in the tomatoes, mix, and simmer covered over medium heat. Increase the heat and remove the lid to allow the liquid to evaporate enough to achieve a good consistency—not too runny but not too thick. Season to taste.
