Creamy herb cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g sweet cream
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese with herbs or 2 cubes of Le Tartare
  • salt and pepper
  • Meat of your choice (steaks, turkey breast, etc.)
  • Oil or herb butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

e.g. with steaks, turkey schnitzel

Brown the meat in hot oil in a pan. Then remove it from the pan and set it aside. Add the sweet cream to the pan and bring it to a boil. Then melt the herb cream cheese in it. Season with salt and pepper. Return the meat to the pan and cook over low heat until cooked through. Browning the meat in herb butter will intensify the sauce.
