Paprika cake with goat's cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 portion of dough (yeast dough) for one baking tray
  • 4 bell peppers, mixed
  • 3 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 packs of goat’s cheese
  • 1 pack of cream cheese with herbs (regular cream cheese will also work)
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • basil
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Let the yeast dough rise. Meanwhile, peel and dice the peppers, onions, and garlic cloves. Heat some oil in a pan, sauté the vegetables, and season generously with the herbs. Mix the cream cheese mixture together, season with salt and pepper, and add a few drops of olive oil if desired. Place the yeast dough on a greased baking sheet, spread the cream cheese mixture on top, and finally the vegetable mixture on top. Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for about 30 minutes.
