Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g double cream cheese
- 200 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, more if desired
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
- possibly chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
great with grilled food
Dice the bell peppers and mince the garlic. Place both ingredients in a bowl and mix with the other ingredients. Season to taste. If you like it a bit spicier, add a little more chili and one or two more cloves of garlic. Refrigerate the whole thing for a few hours, but it’s not necessary. I never do this because I always need the dip right away. It’s delicious with baguette or grilled food.
