Paprika gnocchi pan with chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 pack of gnocchi, from the refrigerated section, approx. 600 g
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the chicken, pat dry, and cut into large pieces. Cut the bell pepper into pieces. Mix the cream cheese with the milk. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for about 5-6 minutes, then season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove the meat from the pan. Add the gnocchi and bell pepper to the pan and pour over the cream cheese and milk sauce. Cover and simmer for about 5 minutes. Return the meat to the pan, stir, and season the dish. If you like, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top to serve.
