simple, delicious, from a 26 cm springform pan, for about 16 pieces
Preheat the oven to 190°C (fan). Then put all the ingredients for the dough into a large bowl and knead into a smooth dough. Spread the dough into a 26cm springform pan lined with baking paper. Use part of the dough to form a rim. Peel the apples, remove the cores, and cut the fruit into small cubes. Now mix the vanilla pudding with about 250ml of juice, add the sugar and stir into the remaining boiling apple juice, and bring to the boil briefly. A small squeeze of lemon juice rounds off the pudding. Now stir the diced apples into the vanilla pudding and spread over the dough. Bake the cake for 45 minutes. Let the cake cool in the pan! Whip the cream until stiff peaks and spread over the cake, then decorate with advocaat and cinnamon.
