- 1 handful of broccoli (frozen), some florets
- 250 g turkey breast, fresh
- 1 shot of milk
- 1 shallot(s) or small onion
- 1 tomato(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful of cheese (Emmental), grated
- salt and pepper
- a little garlic or garlic powder if needed
- Paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Clean the mushrooms and slice them if necessary. Remove any sinews from the turkey breast and cut them into strips. Remove the skin and the insides from the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Thaw the broccoli slightly and then cut them into bite-sized florets. Cook the gnocchi in lightly salted water. Peel and finely dice the shallot and cook in heated olive oil until translucent. Add the meat, broccoli and mushrooms. Brown them well on all sides. Season with salt, pepper and paprika (if you like, you can also add a little garlic). Add a good splash of milk and let everything reduce gently. Then add the drained gnocchi and fold in. Finally, scatter the Emmental cheese and diced tomatoes over the top and let it melt. Serve with a crisp green salad. Tip: You can also use chicken breast fillet instead of turkey.
