Ingredients

  • 2 Pc. Paprika, red and yellow
  • 0,3 Pc. Leeks
  • 0,5 Pc. Red onions, large
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil e.g.
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika powder sweet or 1/2 teaspoon hot
  • 1 tsp Mix the vegetable stock with about 1 large cup of hot water
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • Salt, pepper from the mill

Instructions

  • Wash and core the paprika, cut out the white inner walls. Cut into diamonds (or strips) of the desired size. In this recipe I used self-frozen peppers. Goes fine
  • Clean the leek, cut into rings approx. 0.5 cm thick
  • Cut the onion into half rings, not too narrow
  • Heat the oil in the pan, add the onion, shortly afterwards the leek, after a few minutes the bell pepper. Then fry tomato paste, paprika powder, then vegetable stock and let simmer. Stir several times.
  • After about 10 minutes, season with ketchup, salt and pepper and z. Serve with fried chicken breast, for example. Good Appetite!
