Zucchini Nut Cake

The perfect zucchini nut cake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Eggs
  • 170 g Sugar
  • 40 ml Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 200 g Flour
  • 80 g Ground hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 200 g Zucchini

  • Breadcrumbs
  1. 1 Grate the zucchini. Mix the eggs, sugar and oil. Mix all ingredients into a dough.
  1. 2) Preheat the oven to 200 °. Butter a small springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill the dough into the mold and bake for 40-50min (do a stick test)
