Zucchini Nut Cake

- 2 Eggs
- 170 g Sugar
- 40 ml Oil
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 200 g Flour
- 80 g Ground hazelnuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 200 g Zucchini

- Breadcrumbs
- 1 Grate the zucchini. Mix the eggs, sugar and oil. Mix all ingredients into a dough.
- 2) Preheat the oven to 200 °. Butter a small springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Fill the dough into the mold and bake for 40-50min (do a stick test)
