Paprika – leek pan with herb cream cheese

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 3 bell peppers, red, yellow, green
  • ⅛ kg rice
  • 3 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • ¼ kg chicken breast fillet(s), or turkey or pork
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • marjoram
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the rice with a generous pinch of salt. Wash the leeks and bell peppers. Cut the leeks into rings and the bell peppers into small cubes. Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in a pan and brown the meat, adding the leeks and bell peppers. When everything is cooked, add the cream cheese and mix well. Finally, add the cooked rice to the pan and mix everything thoroughly.
