Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g bell pepper(s), colored
- ½ liter tomato sauce
- ½ liter of water
- 100 g vinegar
- 100 g oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Clean and slice the peppers, then add them to a large pot along with the other ingredients. Cook for about 20 minutes, until the peppers are soft, but not too tender. This recipe yields approximately 3.5 liters of lecho. The lecho can be served immediately or stored in jars.
