Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g margarine
  • 3 onions
  • 6 bell peppers
  • 6 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced ​​or diced
  • 150 ml yogurt
  • 2 tbsp, heaped herbs, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Briefly sauté the finely chopped onions in a little warm margarine. Deseed the bell peppers and cut into strips. Sauté in a little liquid until just tender. Only then carefully fold in the egg slices or cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the pan from the heat, pour the yogurt over the dish, and sprinkle with herbs. Serve with potatoes or rice.
