Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 cup(s) Flour (Whole Wheat Flour)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Water
  • Vegetable fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Make a dough from flour, salt, oil, and water. Add just enough water to form a firm dough when kneaded. Divide the dough into 8-10 balls and roll them out to about 20 cm in diameter, about the thickness of a 50-cent piece. Heat the biskin in a pan and bake the loaves one at a time over medium heat for about 5 minutes each. In India, people don’t say “Bon appetit” but rather “Bread-giver, be happy.”
