Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 8 medium-sized egg yolks
  • 300 g powdered sugar
  • 2 cans condensed milk, sweetened (Milkmaid)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 4 cl rum or brandy
  • 0.7 liters of schnapps (grain)
  • possibly butter-vanilla flavoring or vanilla pulp

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar with a hand mixer until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the condensed milk and beat for another minute. Finally, stir in the rum and Korn. If desired, stir in vanilla flavoring or a little vanilla pulp. Chill thoroughly and consume within a few days.
