Parisian Casserole

The perfect parisian casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 200 g Ham
  • 200 g Peas
  • 300 g Grated cheese e.g. Gouda + mozzarella
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • 250 g Cream, reduced fat
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Curry
  1. Boil the pasta and cut the ham into cubes. Mix the pasta with 200g grated cheese and approx. 180g Emmental, as well as the ham and peas. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry. Gradually mix in the cream cheese and put the rest (20g) of the Emmental on top. Put it in the oven and bake at 180 ° for about 30 minutes.
