Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 figs, dried
- 6 slices of Parma ham
- 12 slices of salami
- 1 small bunch of fresh basil
- some mint leaves, fresh
- 1 handful of arugula
- some walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- pepper

simple recipe, big effect
Cut the Parma ham into thin strips and arrange them decoratively on a large serving platter along with the salami slices. Chop the figs as desired and place them in a bowl. Wash the herbs and arugula and add them to the bowl. Mix the lemon juice with the oil in a small bowl. Season generously with salt and pepper. Drizzle the herbs, arugula, and figs with the vinaigrette and mix gently. Spread this mixture over the Parma ham strips and salami slices. Sprinkle the walnuts on top and serve immediately. Serve with tomato and rosemary bread or simply a baguette.
