Parma ham with salami and figs

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 9 figs, ripe
  • 6 slice(s) Parma ham, thinly sliced.
  • 12 slice(s) salami, thinly sliced.
  • Basil, freshly cut
  • Mint, fresh
  • 1 small bunch of arugula
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 4 tbsp olive oil, very good
  • salt and pepper
  • Flatbread(s), (cream cheese flatbread)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Antipasti

Wash the figs, trim some of the stems, and quarter them. Arrange the ham and salami on a platter. Wash and dry the herbs and arugula and place them in a bowl with the figs. Whisk the lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and drizzle over the fig and arugula mixture. Gently fold everything in. Then spread this mixture over the ham and salami platter. Serve with or top with the cream cheese pie.
