Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 sprig(s) rosemary
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 8 thin turkey or pork cutlets
- 8 slice(s) Parma ham, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Strip the rosemary needles, chop finely, and fry briefly (about 1 minute) in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Let cool, then mix with the cheese to form a paste. Lightly season the schnitzels with salt and pepper and spread with the cheese paste. Wrap the ham slices crosswise around each schnitzel. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick pan and gently fry the schnitzels. A bean and pasta salad makes a great accompaniment.
