Homemade almond milk

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g almonds without skin
  • 300 ml water, lukewarm
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Vanilla to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the almonds in a blender or a tall container. Add water, pitted dates, salt, and vanilla, and blend thoroughly. Pour everything through a fine sieve or milk strainer and press out any excess liquid. The almond pulp can be used in baking. Don’t throw it away; it’s too precious. Making this milk yourself is more cost-effective.
