- 45 g butter, cold

Instructions

Knead all ingredients in a bowl until a dough forms, then roll it out and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough very thinly, cut out cookies, and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
