Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tagliatelle pasta
- 50 g butter
- 250 g whipped cream
- 200 g Parmesan
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) pepper (white)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle pasta in salted water. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the cream to the butter and simmer until creamy. Add 150g of Parmesan cheese, cut into pieces, and melt. Drain the tagliatelle pasta, then toss well with the sauce. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
