Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 150 g Parmesan
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

A very simple recipe for a delicious spread: Grate Parmesan cheese, mix with mascarpone, and melt in a water bath. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool. Tastes great on white bread with fresh herbs (I like rosemary best).
