Parmesan dumplings

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of potato dumplings
  • 125 g diced ham
  • ½ onion(s)
  • Tomato paste
  • Thyme
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 20 g Parmesan
  • n. B. herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fry the ham until crispy, remove from the pan, and set aside. Add a little oil to the pan and add the dumplings, followed shortly by the onions. Fry until the dumplings are light brown. Then add a hazelnut-sized amount of tomato paste and continue frying briefly. Return the ham and season everything with the herbs, salt, pepper, and paprika. Finally, add the Parmesan cheese, stir, and wait until it has melted.
