Parmesan pasta

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (tagliatelle)
  • 150 g Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 90 g butter
  • 300 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp parsley, flat-leaf, fresh, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain well and keep warm in a saucepan. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan over low heat. Add the Parmesan cheese and cream, stirring constantly, and let the sauce thicken slightly. Add the parsley, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix well until it adheres to the pasta. Garnish with fresh or dried herbs (thyme). Serve immediately after cooking.
