Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g potatoes
- 100 g Parmesan, more to taste
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
- some lovage
- some rosemary, finely ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
from the oven
Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Place the remaining ingredients in a freezer bag, add the potato wedges, and mix well. Spread on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for approximately 40-60 minutes. Pairs well with grilled food.
