Parmesan-thyme schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • some thyme, dried
  • 2 cubes of coconut oil
  • 5 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 50 g Parmesan, finely grated
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • 4 pork schnitzels
  • 1 lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the schnitzel and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with thyme. Coat in flour, then dip in egg, and then dip in the breadcrumb-Parmesan coating, ensuring it is completely coated. Heat coconut oil in a pan and fry the schnitzel. Serve with lemon slices.
