Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g butter, room temperature
- 4 cloves garlic
- Sea salt
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- some olive oil
Instructions

Once you make it and try it, you’ll never use a ready-made product again!
Wash, dry, and finely chop the parsley. Finely chop or press the garlic. Place the room-temperature butter in a tall plastic container, add the olive oil, and blend until smooth. Add the sea salt, parsley, and garlic and mix well.
