Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter, room temperature
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and squeezed
  • ½ bunch basil, cut into very fine strips
  • Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Blend everything together in a blender and let it sit for half a day. It goes perfectly with grilled food and fresh flatbread and baguette.
