Parsley Pesto
The perfect parsley pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley approx. 100 g
- 50 g Peanuts / roasted and salted
- 25 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 100 ml Olive oil
- 100 ml Water
- 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 4 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- Wash the parsley, shake dry and cut roughly. Grate the Parmesan. Peel and dice the garlic cloves. All ingredients (coarsely chopped parsley, 50 g peanuts, 25 g grated Parmesan, 2 diced garlic cloves, 100 ml olive oil, 100 ml water, 4 big pinches of coarse sea salt from the mill and 4 big pinches of colored pepper from the mill) in one Put in a blender, mix for 2-3 minutes and pour the pesto into a bowl.
