Parsley Pesto

The perfect parsley pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley approx. 100 g
  • 50 g Peanuts / roasted and salted
  • 25 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  • 100 ml Water
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 4 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  1. Wash the parsley, shake dry and cut roughly. Grate the Parmesan. Peel and dice the garlic cloves.
