Parsley root chips

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 parsley root(s) (approx. 95g after peeling)
  • Salt (pointed paprika salt, alternatively sea salt from the mill) *

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

seasoned with red paprika salt

Trim and finely grate the parsley root. Preheat oven to 90°C fan/convection oven. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet, place the slices side by side on the baking sheet, sprinkle with salt, and place in the oven (with a wooden spoon in the door). Bake for 30 minutes at 90°C, then another 20 minutes at 80°C (drying time may vary depending on the oven). * Pointed paprika salt can be found in my recipes.
