Basil salt with garlic

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g fresh basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 100 g coarse-grained sea salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Place the basil in the food processor, along with the 3 cloves of garlic and 100g of sea salt, and briefly blend everything. Then place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, spread it out, and place it in the middle rack of the oven. Dry in the oven at 100°C fan for 30 minutes, then at 80°C fan for another 30 minutes (place a wooden spoon in the door, turning halfway through). (Drying time may vary depending on the oven.) After the drying time, grind it in a coffee grinder and pour it into a jar.
