Parsley Salad
The perfect parsley salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Parsley chopped, smooth
- 3 Chopped tomato
- 2 Cucumber
- 2 Chopped onion
- 4 Olive oil
- Chopped garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Quarter the cucumbers lengthways. Cut out the core. Also quarter the tomatoes to remove the watery. Cut both into even pieces. Lightly salt the tomatoes and cucumbers to allow the water to separate. Pouring off. Chop the garlic. Chop the onions. If you like with the stalks, cut the bunch of parsley into small pieces; but not too small. Mix everything together. Add lemon juice, salt and fresh pepper. Coriander if desired. Let everything go.
