Parsnips – Fried Potatoes with Pears

- 10 Potatoes
- 5 Parsnips
- Thyme
- Rosemary
- Basil
- 4 Pears
- Oil
- Cook the potatoes and parsnips. After cooking, cut both into cubes and place in the hot pan. Season to taste with thyme, basil and rosemary. When the fried parsnips have browned nicely, add the diced pears. Leave everything in the pan for 2 – 3 minutes and serve.
