- 1 Protein
- For painting
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Milk
- Make a dough from the dough ingredients
- Dice the onion and bell pepper
- Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly, then add the onion and paprika and fry briefly. Turn off the plate
- Dice tomatoes and add. Add herbs, pepper and sour cream and season to taste.
- Roll out the dough thinly, cut out circles, coat half of the edge with egg white, put the filling (approx. 1 teaspoon) on the dough, close it well and press down. Brush with egg yolk / milk mixture. Anyone who has molds like me uses them, of course, and saves a lot of work. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes also tastes very good cold.
