  • For painting
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  1. Make a dough from the dough ingredients
  2. Dice the onion and bell pepper
  3. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly, then add the onion and paprika and fry briefly. Turn off the plate
  4. Dice tomatoes and add. Add herbs, pepper and sour cream and season to taste.
  5. Roll out the dough thinly, cut out circles, coat half of the edge with egg white, put the filling (approx. 1 teaspoon) on the dough, close it well and press down. Brush with egg yolk / milk mixture. Anyone who has molds like me uses them, of course, and saves a lot of work. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes also tastes very good cold.
