Ingredients

  • For the dough
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 150 g Quark
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Oil
  • 100 ml Salt
  • Filling
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 small Yellow pepper
  • 1 small Red pepper
  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Herbs
  • Pepper
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • For gluing
  • 1 Egg Whites
  • For painting
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  • Make a dough from the dough ingredients
  • Dice the onion and bell pepper
  • Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly, then add the onion and paprika and fry briefly. Turn off the plate
  • Dice tomatoes and add. Add herbs, pepper and sour cream and season to taste.
  • Roll out the dough thinly, cut out circles, coat half of the edge with egg white, put the filling (approx. 1 teaspoon) on the dough, close it well and press down. Brush with egg yolk / milk mixture. Anyone who has molds like me uses them, of course, and saves a lot of work. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes also tastes very good cold.
