- 1 recipe Quark-Oil-Dough I *
- 3 tablespoon Ground almonds
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 3 tablespoon Plum jam, this time from the glass for once
- 3 tablespoon Poppy seed bake – I still had it in stock
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- Make quark-oil dough as described in the recipe, roll out and cut out circles with a glass.
- Mix the almond with sugar and water and place a teaspoon on each of the circles.
- Do the same with the plum jam and the poppy seed filling.
- Melt the butter and make crumbles with flour, sugar and cinnamon. Distribute these on the “Dreierlei”.
- Make a glaze from powdered sugar and lemon juice.
- Preheat the oven and bake the parts for about 20 minutes at 160 degrees air circulation until light brown. Decorate with the prepared pouring immediately after taking it out.
