Ingredients
 

  • 1 Quark-Oil-Dough I *
  • 3 tbsp Ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Plum jam, this time from the glass for once
  • 3 tbsp Poppy seed bake - I still had it in stock
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch Ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Powdered sugar

Instructions
 

  • Make quark-oil dough as described in the recipe, roll out and cut out circles with a glass.
  • Mix the almond with sugar and water and place a teaspoon on each of the circles.
  • Do the same with the plum jam and the poppy seed filling.
  • Melt the butter and make crumbles with flour, sugar and cinnamon. Distribute these on the "Dreierlei".
  • Make a glaze from powdered sugar and lemon juice.
  • Preheat the oven and bake the parts for about 20 minutes at 160 degrees air circulation until light brown. Decorate with the prepared pouring immediately after taking it out.
