Baking: Small Cakes Made from Quark and Oil Dough

  • 1 recipe Quark-Oil-Dough I *
  • 3 tablespoon Ground almonds
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 3 tablespoon Plum jam, this time from the glass for once

  4. Melt the butter and make crumbles with flour, sugar and cinnamon. Distribute these on the “Dreierlei”.
  5. Make a glaze from powdered sugar and lemon juice.
  6. Preheat the oven and bake the parts for about 20 minutes at 160 degrees air circulation until light brown. Decorate with the prepared pouring immediately after taking it out.
