Party Meatballs …

The perfect party meatballs … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 fresh Diced onion
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 2 teaspoon Mustard extra hot
  • 6 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • 1 bag Onionsoup
  • 1 half a teaspoon Seasoned pepper
  • 1 half a teaspoon Crushed red pepper
  1. Mix all the specified ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and let the meat dough rest for about 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees; Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and form 8 to 12 meatballs out of the meat dough (depending on the size you want).
  2. Place the meatballs, flattened slightly, on the baking sheet and fry in the preheated stove for about 20 minutes, then turn once and finish frying for another 10 minutes. The meatballs should now be golden brown and have a nice, juicy shine. Lift from the baking sheet onto a plate with kitchen paper and allow to cool.
  3. They are particularly well-suited for a cold buffet when cooled, as provisions for a trip, for the children on a day’s hiking … or just cold on bread and butter in the evening. Of course, you can also enjoy them fresh and hot from the oven. We love them because they are quick to make and really delicious!
